Processing
Orders are processed within five to ten business days. Current business days are Monday through Friday.
 
Pieces with customized elements are subject to extended processing time.
  
Shipping
Bhoga Fina currently offers worldwide shipping. All domestic and international orders ship via USPS with tracking from California. Shipping services and prices are offered by carrier and calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: Please note that tracking may not update past the parcel’s departure from the US if First Class International Shipping is selected as per USPS policy. If you would like to ensure full tracking, please select an alternate shipping service from the available options during checkout.
  
Customers are responsible for any imports/customs fees or additional charges associated with shipment. 

Shipping Policy
Tracking numbers are issued via email once an order is ready for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, Bhoga Fina is no longer responsible.
  
We encourage verification of shipping addresses prior to placing an order. In the case that an order is sent back to us, the customer must cover the cost of reshipment.
  
Bhoga Fina does not offer refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, stuck in transit or returned. 
  
Return Policy 
Bhoga Fina accepts returns in exchange for store credit within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Repair Policy
Bhoga Fina offers complimentary repairs for all jewelry pieces at any point. Due to the unique nature of our materials, certain substitutions may be necessary in cases where unique elements are damaged or broken.
